Introduction:
Customer wants to know why the following message occurs repeatedly in "jsrvr.log" file.
Question:
Why the following messages occur in "jsrvr.log" file?

"04/05 15:35:50.778[Thread-69237] INFO BPServer 229 Starting private slump loop in thread Thread-69237 for BPObject jvAAAX7V"
Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 or 14.1.01
Answer:
One of the reasons for this message occurs is the known problem:

"PROB #: 3045 PROBLEM SYMPTOM: WIN-ATTACHMENTS FAIL WHEN THE REMOTE REP_DAEMON DI"

A solution for this was to follow the Mandatory Steps from CA Service Management - 14.1 documentation link:

CA Service Management - 14.1 >> Implementing >> Implementing CA Service Management 14.1.02 >> Post-Installation Tasks >> Post Installation Steps for CA Service Desk Manager >> Post Installation Steps for Advanced Availability Configuration >> Mandatory Steps

Then restarted Tomcat.

That resolved the issue on one box. Changes must be done on all the nodes.

Basically the root cause of the main thing appears to be the CORS steps getting overwritten because of the pdm_configure operation as the *.tpl files mentioned in the doc above did not contain the needed changes.

Also recommended customer to consider the application of latest patches available for 14.1:

CA Service Management - 14.1 >> Implementing>> Implementing CA Service Management 14.1.05.1
Additional Information:
CA Service Management - 14.1 >> Implementing >> Implementing CA Service Management 14.1.02 >> Post-Installation Tasks >> Post Installation Steps for CA Service Desk Manager >> Post Installation Steps for Advanced Availability Configuration >> Mandatory Steps
