Description:

Having defined a job with the owner as a domain user (user@domain), the job then fails because it is trying to run as a local machine user (user@localhost). How does one configure the job to run as the domain user as per the job definition?

Solution:

If the machine is running on Windows and the jobs run under users that belong to a Windows network domain, you must add the opsys: windows attribute to the machine definition.
