Issue:
Software Deployments are failing with the following error:
Job execution error, no access to software package library [SDM228471].

Environment:
Client Automation (ITCM) -- any version.
Resolution:
The error occurs if the "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\SD\ASM\LIBRARY" folder does not have the correct permissions defined.

To configure the correct permissions do the following:
sd_sscmd addshare SDLIBRARY (Enables the SDLIBRARY share)
sd_sscmd removeshare SDLIBRARY (Disables the SDLibrary share - If you do not want to use share access for agents)*
sd_sscmd addshare SDLIBRARY (Enables the SDLIBRARY share and resets permissions)

*Note: Optionally you can stop at this step and leave the share disabled, but this is not always optimal. Disabling the share will also set the permissions on the Library folder.

By default the SYSTEM and Administrators accounts have Full Control permissions.
Everyone and Users have Read and Execute permissions.
Additional Information:
Note: In ITCM r12.9 only, you may also check for a trailing space in the title of the Software package. To correct, unstage the package from all scalability servers, unseal it on the Domain Manager, remove the trailing space from the title of the software package, and restage/redeploy it.
