After installing Jaspersoft Server Cumulative Patch 6.2.1_184.108.40.206 we have users reporting loading issue with the reports. Most of the users tried to clear the browser cache but the issue still exists.
1. Clear out the browser cache (steps vary by browser)
2. From Windows Go- to 'Temp' folders and remove the temporary files by removing all the temp files from %TEMP% directory.
