JasperSoft reports for CA Spectrum return no data

Issue: 

 

Running a report in CA Business Intelligence 6.1 Jasper returns blank data / "No Records Found".

 

 

Cause: 

 

This is caused by the Jasper Datasource not getting properly updated during installation / integration.

Reviewing the datasource properties it is trying to connect to an internal CA system rather than the JasperServer it was installed on.

 

Resolution/Workaround:

 

This issue is being resolved in CA Spectrum 10.2.

There is also a patch available for 10.1.1.  D58 - Reach out to CA Support to obtain this patch.
