Issue:
JasperSoft report not exporting via PDF (Using Chrome)

Initially get "Failed - Network Error" then when select resume to download the file then get "Failed - Server problem" this occurs for both out of the box and custom reports.
Environment:
This issue has been reported when using Jaspersoft 6.4.2.
Resolution:
Use Google Chrome 69.0.3497.100 or higher.


Workaround:
  1. On Google Chrome ***Click on Settings***
  2. Click on Advanced
  3. Click on "Content Settings"
  4. Click on PDF Documents
  5. Enable the option ----- Open PDFs Using a different application
