Jaspersoft 6.3+ Spectrum Overview dashboard does not work

When running the Spectrum Overview Dashboard in CA Jaspersoft 6.3 or 6.4.2 errors are present on all dashlets.
This is commonly caused by Jasper Single Sign On not being enabled.
Go to the Spectrum Administration page for Report Manager.
Select Jasper Integration.
Enable SSO, and save.

The Dashboard should now work.
