Jasper reports fail after changing the server's ip address

We have changed the ip address of both the CA PPM server and the Jasper server, since then, we are not able to get Jasper reports.
The following error is seen on executing a report:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException at

sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:62) at 
sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:43) at 
java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:497) at 

Caused by: com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.JSExceptionWrapper: Dynamic Proxy Data Source Pool can only be used at a Tenant Level context.

Run this command from the CA PPM server when the configuration in CA PPM changes:

admin jaspersoft syncPPMContext -userName superuser -password <superuser password>
