caf stop hung with a loop of following messages in DSM logs TRC_CF_CAF_SERVICES*.log :

PROBLEM SYMPTOM: WIN-CAF STOP HUNG                                 
                 ----------------------------------------------------
                 When machine is shutdowned or CAF is stopped, CAF
                 gets hung causing machine not to shutdown/restart
                 properly.
