There might be issues downloading attachments using IE8, when on Windows 7.

Noted behavior: When clicked on the link to an attachment in a ticket, a window pops open, then disappears and the attachment never opens.


Enable the "automatic prompt for file download" in the browser settings to get the attachment to open.
