Issue with SDGTW tickets not matching the correct CI name

Issue:
Incidents created in ServiceNow from the sdgtw probe are not mapping the CI in ServiceNow.
It seems to pass the FQDN, IP Address or something else as the CI.
As a result, it is not found in ServiceNow and the Incident is not created as linked with the CI in ServiceNow.
This previously worked with the old "sngtw" probe.
Environment:
UIM 8.51
sdgtw probe 1.40T3 
ServiceNow supported releases
Resolution:
The "sngtw" probe mapped the ServiceNow "cmdb_ci" field to the UIM Alarms "hostname".
To resolve this with the "sdgtw" probe, edit the "Field Mapping" for "cmdb_ci" to point to "hostname".
