There has been an issue identified with importing the new CA Business Intelligence (CABI) Universe BIAR file provided with the Content Pack for ITIL for Service Desk Manager 12.9 ISO

The following error can be seen within the BICONFIG.LOG when running the BICONFIG.BAT utility (utility used to import BIAR file)

ERROR DeployManager - Error importing biar file. Error: Input/Output exception occurred : 'invalid END header (bad central directory offset)'
INFO DeployManager - *** Performing add operations... ***
INFO ReportingDeployUtility - Logging off the BusinessObjects system...
INFO ReportingDeployUtility - Reporting utility program terminated and return code = 0

If attempting to import the BIAR file using the CABI Import Wizard UI, the following error is seen:

Solution:

The corrupt Content Pack for ITIL ISO image has since been withdrawn and is no longer available for download.

We ask that you download the updated Content Pack for ITIL for Service Desk Manager 12.9 ISO image now available on support.ca.com.
