Description:

Does CA-WAAE generate an SNMP trap if both bases in an HADS environment are not synchronized?

DB_PROBLEM alarm indicates that there is a problem with one of the databases

Solution:

DB_PROBLEM alarm (523) is generated when your databases are not synchronized or when there is a problem with them

In the event demon log, you'll get following messages:

[07/23/2013 02:48:44] CAUAJM_I_40245 EVENT: ALARM ALARM: DB_PROBLEM
[07/23/2013 02:48:44] <CAUAJM_E_10620 Return values from dual database writes disagree.
Databases may no longer be synchronized. ID[80] ESA[1] ESB[-13]>

Following SNMP trap will be generated and formatted by the CCS component (CATRAPD feature) if activated.
This is a standard SNMP trap which will be formatted differently, depending of the SNMP trap manager
