Description:

The limit for the number of nodes in the scoreboard is governed by NX.ENV file for the Java Client.

Solution:

It is not ;possible to enforce a limit on the web interface,.
It is possible on the Java Client by editing the NX.env file.

The limit for the number of nodes in the scoreboard is governed by NX.ENV file.
The following lines in NX.env should be edited to increase or reduce the limit.

@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_CR=45            /* Call Request limit */
@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_CHG=45         /* Change Order limit */
@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_CNT=20         /* Contacts limit */
@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_IR=15
@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_NR=20           /* Assets limit */
@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_TT=15
@NX_MAX_TREE_NODES_WF=25          /* Workflow tasks limit */

These entries in the NX.env must be increased in order for the Service Desk scoreboard to display more than the default number of tree nodes displayed above.

A recycle of services is a must after performing this change.
