In order to hide all Comments displayed under Comments section of the Knowledge Document, please follow the below steps.
- Log into Service Desk Manager (SDM) using a SDM privilege account and open 'Administration' tab.
- Go to 'Knowledge' > 'Documents' > 'Document Settings'.
- Select "Allow comment submission but not comment viewing" and click <Save> to save the change.
If you change the setting to "... not comment viewing", the Comments can be seen on 'Comments and Notification' > 'Comments' tab of the Knowledge Document opened in admin mode.
