Is the underlying data in the reports that CABI runs against a Service Desk Desk environment filtered by role/security, or just access to any given reports?

 

Answer:  

Access to the actual report is governed by the Role associated to the user's Access type for the "Reporting Role" within Service Desk Manager. The results or data shown in the report is based on the user who ran the report and their security and data partitions.
