Is it possible to customise the CA Mobile App?

Question:
What can be customised on the CA Mobile App?

There are many customised settings that we cannot apply to it, such as:

* Can't hide the Object that we want in Detail page (Such as the Group filed in Change Order)

* Can't apply SDM base settings (like auto_suggest, default is 3 characters, after change to 1 character, SDM is OK but it  not affected on APP.)

* Can't customize the active operation (like disable escalate if incident is RE)

* Can't adjust UI text, like Transfer (in SDM in Chinese is 转移 ,in APP is 传送)


Is it possible to do these things?
Answer:
It is not possible to customise the CA Mobile Application interface. 

Except in limited ways, such as adding new fields. You can't change the order of the fields.

If there are examples of incorrect behaviour - for example, a wrong translation - then please raise a ticket for this with CA Support and we will have it reviewed as a potential defect.

Any of the Options that apply to the default web client interface - such as Auto-Suggest - probably do NOT apply to the Mobile App, as it is a different platform. 

Some things will be common, such as security (Data Partitions), but most of the items listed can't be changed. 

Note that the full CA SDM Web client is available from any web browser, and may be useful on a tablet. Or a Web Services front end.
