Is it possible to change the default Orange color for the ticket number with Special Handling shown in tickets list?User-added image

Answer:
There is no out-of-box mechanism to change the Special Handling ticket number Color.

This would require a CSS style sheet customization, which is outside the scope of CA Support.

Workaround (out of Technical Support scope):

The information related to color and styles is found 'analyst_styles.css' file.

Using CA SDM Web Screen Painter (WSP) open the 'analyst_styles.css' file and locate within the file the line that reads as follows: .


.ui-jqgrid a.listWarning{COLOR:#FF8040;}

Based in the color wished, the color could be change:

.ui-jqgrid a.listWarning{COLOR: #0d9312;}

NOTE: It had to be tested in non-Production environment before go ahead in Production.
