This is fixed in Spectrum hotfix 11 and above for 9.0

Problem Environment:
Spectrum 9.0
Spectrum 9.1

Causes of this problem:
The reason the error shows is that when a user changes an IP address to another IP that already exists in the database, it becomes an address that is part of the Currently Shared IP Detection on the VNM model (Viewable in the Shared IP Detection and Alarming View on the VNM model).  When the IP is moved to the Allowed Shared IP Address list, Spectrum would not actually share the IP and the error message is shown.
