IP Request Fails when adding a module

Issue:
When adding an "Access Module" task to the CA Identity Portal (IP) the request fails with the following error:

JTA transaction unexpectedly rolled back (maybe due to a timeout); nested exception is weblogic.transaction.RollbackException: Transaction timed out after 29 

For example:

JTA Error
Upon refreshing the page or trying to run the task again, the user is successful. 

 
Environment:
CA Identity Suite 14.1 Virtual Appliance (vApp) version of the Identity Portal 
Cause:
This is caused by product performance over busy networks.
Resolution:
This issue was addressed by product enhancement DE362372 incorporated with cumulative patches "CP-IP-140100-0003" and "CP-IMV-140100-0005".
