Title:  Introscope Install fails on RHEL 64 bit.

 

Description:

While installing Introscope on RHEL 64 bit, the below error is thrown:

 

# ./introscope9.1.5.0linux.bin

Launching installer...

 

./introscope9.1.5.0linux.bin:

/tmp/install.dir.4507/Linux/resource/jre/bin/java: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad

ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

./introscope9.1.5.0linux.bin: line 2468:

/tmp/install.dir.4507/Linux/resource/jre/bin/java: Success

 

Solution:

This error is because of missing 32-bit libraries on a 64-bit RHEL server. Once the 32-bit libraries are installed on the server, the installation completes successfully.
