Interfaces on Cisco ASA devices not showing as sub-interfaces in CA Spectrum

ISSUE:

Cisco ASA5585 SSP10 has interfaces that have sub interfaces but they don't show up as sub interfaces in the Spectrum OneClick Interfaces tab of the device model. So what happens is when the parent interface goes down you end up with 6 or 7 alarms rather than just one for the parent alarm.

ROOT CAUSE:

Device does not populate the ifStackTable in the ifMIB which Spectrum uses to model sub-interfaces to parent interfaces.

RESOLUTION:

Contact vendor.
