interface up by CAPC doesnt show it

Issue:
We have a switch which we moved some connections over to this morning.
The new connection is up, as evidenced by this switch-level show command.
Then, in CA PFC, under Monitored Devices -> for that device -> Polled Metric Families -> Interfaces -> Interface components, it lists the interface as: "Not Present" so I cannot add it to a graph.
I've tried a manual CAPC rediscover as well as going to the monitored devices entry for that device and clicking the rediscover button. Hours later, still no change. Please advise as I need this graph and I need this reporting metric..

CAPC 3.x
Cause:
Sometimes, the polling configuration for a device in CAPC can get stale.
the solution is to stop polling and restart polling so that the configuration can be updated.
Resolution:
The polling config is stale. Refresh poll config.
in the pc gui, stop polling for the target device.
Go to dcdebug
http://your_da:8581/dcdebug

Select polling configuration by IP
enter the ip of the target, and make sure the config is empty.
back to pc, enable polling.

now refresh dcdebug and see if the polling configuration has been rebuilt.
check the polling config or the pc for the missing components.



and see the poll config is empty, start polling, wait for the config to rebuild.
