Integration Between Service Catalog & PAM over SSL failing

Issue:
Clicking on test button from Catalog configuration getting the following error msg 
"Error Encounter While Trying to connect.Please check your configuration & server availability." 

In the view.log following errors are showing 

2018/06/20 10.03.22.688 ERROR [http-bio-443-exec-12] [CConfiguration] CCONF.TESTCONF.EXCPT 
com.ca.usm.webservices.WebserviceException: Error in executing SRF. ITPAM not able to login to Catalog. 
Resolution:
1) Add a Root CA (Certificate Authority, rather than CA Technologies) certificate to the keystore on the Service Catalog server. This is required by more recent versions of Tomcat to accept the key as valid. Details are documented at this step in the documentation:
