Installing 14.1.05 patch ends in EE_AUTHFAILED Authentication error

Issue:
Client is installing SM R14.1.05 patch.
And while running, the client receives the below error in the install.log file:

Several possible causes got passed by:
- DNS issue
- Windows-Hosts file content issue
- Server name issue

As mentioned, several possible causes got passed by:
- DNS issue
- Windows-Hosts file content issue
- Server name issue

In the end, it appears to be caused by "EEM-FIPS-ON".
With FIPS switched OFF, the installation process got through and ended properly.
