Installed CA Harvest Client 12.5 on new desktop, not connecting to Harvest Broker R13

Issue:
Installed CA Harvest Client 12.5 on new desktop, and it is not connecting to Harvest Broker R13, but it will connect to Harvest Broker R12.5 . I am getting the following error: C:\Users\<userid>\.cascm\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\com.ca.harvest.workbench\.harcontext (Access is denied) . I am able to connect on a different desktop, with the same Client 12.5, to Harvest Server R13, with no issues. It seems to be just my desktop. I have the same security permissions on both desktops. I want to see if I can be pointed to the right direction.
Environment:
CA Harvest SCM 12.5 Client on Windows 10 workstation
Cause:
There was an unidentified corruption in his .cascm folder.  Deleting or renaming this folder, then restarting Workbench caused a new .cascm folder to be created.
Resolution:
Went to C:\Users\ folder and renamed ".cascm" folder to "old.cascm". Then restarted Workbench. This caused a new .cascm folder to be created, and resolved the problem.
