Description

The following document describes the installation procedure and order of installation for a successful CA Service Desk r12 and CA ITCM r12 integration.

Solution

If CA Service Desk r12 is installed on a machine which has an existing installation of a CA ITCM r12 domain manager, the installation may fail or integration may not work.

For a successful CA Service Desk and CA ITCM integration, CA Service Desk r12 should be installed first followed by CA ITCM r12. Alternatively, you may install CA ITCM r12 and CA Service Desk r12 on separate machines.
