Installation of Service Desk with a different name as the default name

Installing CA Service Desk Manager 17.0 and 17.1 in an "Advanced Availability" environment, the installation of the standby and the applications server failed at the phase "Autointegration Products"with the Error message:

Installation and configuration completed successfully.
However there were some errors during the autointegration
This happens only if the database name is different than the default name "MDB". The background server can be installed without any problems.

This is fixed with debug fix T52Y791 which delivers a new configui.jar.
