Installation of Introscope is successful but the Postgres Database installation fails on a Windows Virtual Machine running McAfee Antivirus with MOVE (McAfee Management for Optimized Virtual Environments) enabled.

With MOVE enabled during the installation of the database, then the shell exits and fails.  As of this writing, the exact cause is unknown.  It is apparent that when the shell  executes the command to install Postgres, it exits before the installation can start.

 Introscope_10.3.0.15_InstallLog.log shows this error

 Execute ANT Script:       Script:

                          Status: ERROR

Additional Notes: ERROR - C:\Introscope10.3.0.15\install\db.installer.exec.xml:22: Timeout: killed the sub-process

APM 10.x on a Windows VM running McAfee Antivirus with any release of MOVE (McAfee Management for Optimized Virtual Environments) installed.
It was found that the McAfee MOVE component was blocking the Postgres database installer.
Do the following to work around this:

 1. Click on Start -> Programs -> McAfee -> MOVE AV Multi-Platform Client Command Prompt.
 2. Once the command prompt comes up, type 'mcafee disable' and press Enter.
 3. Install the Postgres database.
 4. Once the database installation succeeds, then type 'mcafee enable' and press enter to re-enable the MOVE component.
