Installation failure for roll-up patch SO03787 on Windows

After unzipping the roll-up patch into a path including a directory name containing a space and running the installer from there, an exception error was received when the common installer attempted to run the ApplyPTF tool.

The path includes a space.
Ensure that the patch is not stored in a path with a space. 

For example, you could unzip the patch into this path:

But, do not use this path which has a space between '' and 'CommonPatchInstaller':
C:\CASM- CommonPatchInstaller-Win

Additional prerequisite: Enable 8.3 Name Creation.

The rollup patch USS 17.1 "SO03787" writes this line to the .HIS files: "PTF Wizard installed T6EE400 (US4SM)."
