Description

An Insight Data Collector will not start due to the error:

    IDB2 11.5.1 DATA COLLECTOR 
    DBG21002I DB2S 13:19:56 HISTORY, INITIALIZATION COMPLETED 
    DBG72032E DB2S 13:20:01 ERROR INVOKING IMOD $DBGL_ILOGMSG ON ISERV ISRV 
    (RC=0016-00000018) FOR THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION: 
    DBG11016I DB2S 13:20:01 GSS ERROR: GSS SSCVT not found 

What is wrong?

Solution

Remove the '*' in the IDDCPRMS member for the parm CALL-GSS=YES and change the parm to state: CALL-GSS=NO. The IDDCPRMS member is located in the Insight .SOURCE library.
