Problem:

I upgraded a remote workstation that had the BSRM v6.4 client to r11.1. When I open the BSRM client connecting to the host, it fails with the following error.

Initialization of Business Object failed

Resolution:

If receiving this error message when opening the BSRM client, then find the W32MKDE.exe and kill the process. Rename the file to something that is not executable. The client should now open successfully.
