Infrastructure Groups disappeared from IM after change or refresh

Issue:

After restarting the primary hub or refreshing Infrastructure Manager, Infrastructure Groups disappeared from view.

Environment:
This issue was found in UIM 8.51, with IM version 4.10, but the information here is generally applicable to most versions of UIM and IM.
Cause:

After creating groups, the profile must be saved for them to persist.

Resolution:

Save the groups and current IM view by going to View --> Save Current Profile.

After doing this, you should see the profile in the $Install_Path\Nimsoft\hub\profiles directory and the groups should persist.
