Attempt to log in to Infoview produces the following error:
Unable to find servers in CMS :6400 and cluster with kind cms and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) null
Enter your user information and click Log In.
(If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administration.)
Please check the following:
1. Are all CABI services running on the server? (SIA, Apache Tomcat).
2. Go to the Central Management Console-->Internal server list. Ensure that all servers are up and running(Green Status).
3. Port 6400 is open and established from Oneclick to the CABI server.
