Information on SELinux configuration for OPMS installation

There is a problem related to SELinux enforcing policy which prevents yum from running post-installation scripts in the asm packages.
These scripts are responsible for pulling the docker images that are part of the checking mechanism, particularly JMeter and real-browser checks.
OPMS 10.1
Be sure to set SELinux to permissive mode before running the installer. It can be set back to enforcing mode once the installation has completed.

Steps to follow

  • Change SELinux to permissive mode
setenforce 0
  • Run the installer

  • Change SELinux back to enforcing mode
setenforce 1
