When using a custom first schedule state, this schedule state is now always chosen by default depending on how the user story was created.
On many pages, the first schedule state is chosen based upon the configuration of the Team Board. This can vary on a project by project basis so depending on how the Team Board is configured, the behavior may vary accordingly.
To control the behavior, perform the following steps:
- Click Track
- Click Team Board
- Click the "gear" icon at the top right
To add a custom schedule state,
- Click "+ Add Flow State" at the far left
- Enter a name
- Choose the appropriate schedule state
To delete a custom schedule state,
- Click the ellipses next to the flow state name
- Click Delete
