This document shows how to configure the Scoreboard Auto Refresh Interval, in the web interface of Service Desk.
How is it possible to control the frequency of the Scoreboard refresh?

To enable Scoreboard Auto Refresh, follow these steps:
1) Go to Service Desk Administration on the Service Desk web interface and to Options Manager.
2) Install and configure the "web_auto_update" feature, and set the Value in seconds, respecting the following rule "Enter a number within the valid range (60 - 14400)". After saving the changes, you may need to click the "Refresh" button in order to see the option with Action Status as "Installed".
Please be aware that the more frequent each user's scoreboard refreshes, the greater the potential impact on performance.
After installing this option, a recycle of the Service Desk daemon server is necessary.
