Issue:
In the CA Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) New User Experience (UX), users are able to submit more than 40 hours a week even though the Timesheet hook add-in is installed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Prerequisite: Please ensure you have installed the Global Delivery (GD) 'Timesheet hook' add-in in order to reproduce this issue.
1. Log in to PPM
2. Navigate to the New UX
3. Open a Timesheet
4. Enter 8 hours (hrs) from Monday to Thursday. (Use the Tab button on your keyboard to get the cursor to move to the next entry box)
5. Enter 100 hrs for Friday
6. Click submit without clicking anywhere on the screen and without pressing any button on the keyboard
7. Total time submitted will be 8 hrs from (Mon-Thu) + 100 hrs (Fri) = 132 hrs

Expected Result: Based on the Timesheet hook rule, the timesheet should throw an error stating not more than 40 hrs allowed per week
Actual Result: All the timesheet values are saved successfully without any errors
Cause:
This issue is caused by DE43018.
Resolution:
This issue is tentatively planned to be fixed in 15.5.1, and also fixed in 15.5 in 15.5 patch 1.
