In Spectrum 10.2.1, when I run the report "Top-10 devices and models with the most events" for a group, why does the report show incorrect event counts that are many times more then what is being shown in the ?All Devices? report?

Question:

In Spectrum 10.2.1, when I run the report "Top-10 devices and models with the most events" for a group, why does the report show incorrect event counts that are many times more then what is being shown in the “All Devices” report?

Environment:
Spectrum 10.2.1Jaspersoft 6.3Spectrum Report Manager
Answer:

Due to an incorrect MySQL query, the event counts were being shown the same for Week to Date as they were for Month to Date.

 

Please request 10.02.01.PTF_10.2.155 from Support to resolve this problem.

Additional Information:

10.02.01.PTF_10.2.155 also contains fixes for the following SRM problems:

Availability Reports are now able to be sorted by Outage Durations (instead of Start Time) (DE307433)

Report Manager is not able to start immediately after a Tomcat Restart and a delay of up to 30 mins is experienced.  (PTF_10.2.107)

 

Input control queries are taking time to load and observed error for TOP-N reports for Today Parameter.  (PTF_10.2.102)
