One of the CA Endevor/DB functions is to delete obsolete or unwanted CCID entries. In the PRE-AUTHORIZATION DETAIL screen (NDVRM210) seeing ACTION UNAUTH.

The problem is the NDVRMIS task's NDVRU210 display is for deleting pre-authorizations and not for deleting CCID entries.

ACTION=UNAUTH occurs when you select any entries by placing a a '/' beside the pre-authorization, then hit ENTER (as many times as necessary), they will be unauthorized. Therefore ACTION=UNAUTH does not mean you are not authorized to proceed.

In order to delete a CCID entry, then select function 5 - CCID AND CCID CHANGE HISTORY. If there are change log entries still in the log associated with that CCID, then you might get this error message:

NDVRFLIO: E049 CHANGE LOG ENTRY(S) ASSOCIATED - DELETE NOT ALLOWED.

On the other hand, if you don't want to delete change log entries under that CCID online, you can execute run program “NDVRMISB (the EDB Batch Management Facility), and issue DELETE CCID IS ccid FORCE”.
