In Advanced Reporting, the report "Project or Program Roadmap" returns with the message "No matching records found". This occurs even though we have projects that have milestones and key tasks within them.
We have run the Load Data Warehouse and the Load Data Warehouse Access Rights, but it continues to show this message instead of the projects we expect.
The report requires a hierarchy.
Generally, here are the steps to get the report to display data.
1. Create an investment with a task (with milestone and key task selected)
2. Create a program or project.
Click Hierarchy tab > add the investment created in step 1, as a child.
3. Run the full Load DWH job.
In order for a project to be displayed within the report, the project must have milestones that have both the milestone and key task fields checked on. Ensure that the project(s) in question have the above condition satisfied. If not, update the milestones to meet that requirement and then re-run the Load Data Warehouse Job.
Additionally, by default, one of the grouping parameters of the report (typically Group By 2) is set to "Program". If none of your projects are part of a program, then they will not be displayed and instead the "No matching records found" message will be displayed.
Set the value of the "Group By 2" parameter, or whichever has the "Program" as its grouping value to "No Grouping". This will display your projects, even if they do not belong to a program.
