Impossible to display the Job Log when remote DQM queues are used

Description :You need 2 nodes:
- 1 node has a logical queue and the associated physical queue is on the other node
- 1 node with physical queue

Create an Uproc and make sure that Uproc+MU+Submission account are distributed to both nodes

Execute the uproc on the logical queue

Result:
- The uproc should be completed
- The console can't display the job log
- After checking on the file system, the log is still on the remote server

Note on the settings:
- Same result with DQM_TERM_JOB=N
- The settings to retrieve the job log is enabled (but I tried to disable it just in case, doesn't change anything)
