ImportExportCLI.exe import/export functionality no longer works with Execution entities at v12.1/v12.2

Issue:
The Import/Export functionality has stopped working in the latest releases (v12.1/v12.2) of ARA/CDA when trying to import executions for bulk updates of the archive flag in ARA. The functionality I refer to is described in the Community pages, here 

The customer followed this advice at v12.0 and was happy with the solution and used it regularly.
Since they upgraded to v12.2, they have not been able to use it,
The error message they get is Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Here is the full context of their import command: 
D:\Automic12\ARA\Utilities\ImportExportCLI>ImportExportCLI.exe import -con "https://araserver.com/" -usr 100/AUTOMIC/USER -pwd "password" -format CSV -fi "archivefile_20181023-In.csv" -mt

Environment:
Release.Manager 8.0.2 HF2,Release.Manager 9.0.0 HF1 
Cause:
A problem has been fixed where the filter did not handle the null value of the field.
Resolution:
The issue was found and fixed with Release.Manager 9.0.1 HF1 in Release Manager. The Package is available for download at the Automic-Support-Zone (https://support.automic.com). Hotfix-Description: Fix the object null reference exception when importing execution. A problem has been fixed where the filter does not handle the null value of the field.

The fix also provide in below version
Release.Manager 8.0.4, Release.Manager 10.0.0, Release.Manager 9.0.2, Release.Manager 9.0.1 HF1
