A common misconception is that APMCM Business Segment nodes are populated in Introscope using the x-wily header and other headers.

The only things responsible for populating APMCM business segment nodes are the hostname on the application server and Introscope. Load balancers, appliances and firewalls can change the hostname in route, causing the nodes not to populate. Enable debug logging and check that the hostnames on both ends match.

x-wily-info is for Introscope Problem Resolution (transaction trace) integration
