When you try to open any probe on the robot and you get an error as:

You must login to the appropriate domain to access the probe.

Any robot with multiple ip addresses pointing to a hub with multiple ip addresses.

The best way to check if the environment has multiple ip address is to open the infrastructure manager and look for the hub that your robot is connected.  Check the ip address.

IP_address on the IM.bmp

On the robot side, open the robot.cfg and check the hubip address to see if is the same as showing on the IM.

Robot cfg.bmp

If not the same, open the IM double click on any probe on the robot side to see if you can configure the probe.
If you are not able to open the probe GUI and get the error for the login domain, open the hub.log and look for a message like this:

Feb 16 14:35:06:954 [7200] hub: verify - SID is issued to another IP (sid= [list=||||] req=

You can see the sid is issued for the ip address and the robot.cfg is configured to that is included on the list=.

If you find this message on the hub.log this mean, you have configured a hubip on the robot that is not the same ip configured on the Infrastructure Manager.

Note able to open any probe on the robot from the IM and get the error:

You must login to the appropriate domain to access the probe.

Open the hub probe on a raw configure on the key “ignore_ip” on the value change from “no” to “yes”

This way the hub will not validate the ip address and let you open the probe GUI.
