Description:

Trying to use the CAUNZIP utility but it is failing with the following message.

 READY
 CAUNZIP ZIPPATH(/u/ca/esd/ACF2R15/maint) ZIPFILE(scart0.zip) JAVAPATH(/usr/lpp/java/J7.1_6)
 IKJ56500I COMMAND CAUNZIP NOT FOUND
 READY
 END

You have verified that the CAUNZIP program is defined in the CA Common Services CAW0LINK data set and that CAW0LINK is defined to the system linklist.

Solution:

Check whether TSO Command Limiting is in effect in the system. If it is, you will need to add command CAUNZIP to the table.

Currently the potential for this problem has only been seen in an environment running CA ACF2 Security for z/OS. Here is what was needed to resolve the problem:

1. The CAUNZIP utility program name must be added to the CA-ACF2 PRIVILEDGED TSO COMMAND LIST
2. The ACF2 Priviledged TSO command list must then be assembled/linkedited
3. The production running ACF2 linklisted library must be updated
4. The library lookaside must be updated (F LLA,UPDATE=xx)

Refer to the CA ACF2 for z/OS Systems Programmer Guide for information regarding the restriction of TSO commands.
