Introduction:

If you are having problems downloading a solution from support.ca.com or if you are having problems uploading a solution from your desktop to the mainframe, use the FTP JCL provided in this document.

Background:

If you are having problems uploading a PTF/APAR to the mainframe you can use this JCL to ftp from support.ca.com to your mainframe.

Instructions:

If you are having problem downloading a PTF from support.ca.com here is JCL that can be used:
//FTP EXEC PGM=FTP,REGION=4096K,PARM='(EXIT'

Once you have successfully FTP'd the PTF/Solution to your mainframe you can SMP/e Receive and Apply it to you Endevor CSI.
