Question:

If the CA Datacom Multi-User (MUF) is not up when the CICS region comes up, is there a way to trigger building the PSS network print table for CA Ideal without cycling the CICS region?

Answer:

The CA IPC PSS network print table used by CA Ideal is built when the first PRINT request is made or if NETT is entered directly in native CICS, if it was not triggered by the PLT. The NETT process does not require MUF.
