Special characters not correct in mail notification

Error Message :

When the language of the Node is set to French, Email Notifications sent from Uprocs do not correctly transfer special characters.

Both the email header and the INFO field, triggered by the command
uxset msg, of the history trace are concerned:
For instance:
Header > Dollar Univer$e: [Terminé])
INFO field > Send: "éâàëçù" Received: Information : [ÚÔÓÙþ¨]

When the Node is set to English, the header is correct but the INFO field is incorrect
INFO field > Send: "éâàëçù" Received: Information : [ÚÔÓÙþ¨]

The result can differ depending on the language of the email client for instance when the client is set to French or installed on Windows in French.

In this 
case the word Sévérité is transferred as:
"S v rit : [0000]" in the History Trace:

Subsequently make sure that the following variables are set in Node Settings > SMTP:
S_SMTP_MIME_SUBJ_ENCODING=<empty> (The default values is "B" but keeping the field empty, leaves the choice of the character set to the application)

Setting unicode-1-1-uft-8 may still lead to wrongly displayed special characters.
