If a CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) user has multiple roles, how does the CA Service Management Mobile App determine which role to use?

Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 and 17.0All Supported Operating Systems
Answer:

If a CA SDM user has multiple roles, the CA Service Management Mobile App will take the default role for the user/access type.

Unfortunately there is no option to change the user role within the CA Service Management Mobile App.
